Located in 60 acres of biodynamic farming and re-wilded land, we'd love to welcome you to Oxen Park Farm and help you run a really successful, beautiful and heartfelt event.
We can prepare an empty space, or set it with chairs, benches, sheepskin rugs, projector & PA to your requirement. We can light a cosy wood burner or open the double doors onto the views of our garden and the hill beyond.

Off-peak rates for locals, charities & CICs
For our local charities, fellow CICs and other organisations with social aims, we offer a special rate for small gatherings. These organisations and individuals can benefit from lower rates in our off-peak times. From October – March inclusive, any day/evening and From April-September) Mondays – Thursdays only (we cannot take bookings more than 2 months in advance at this time).
Our Food Offering
Food and feasting is at the heart of what we do. It is part of our commitment to nourish, connect and celebrate the community and land we live on. All our meals are made with organically grown produce harvested from our own vegetable beds and, where possible other local producers that share our approach to regenerative farming and sustainability.
The Dock & Thistle
Our well stocked & staffed bar is available by arrangement. We can serve farm cider, wine, soft drinks and cocktails by arrangement. We can also provide sweet & savoury bar snacks on request.
The Dock & Thistle bar is booked by paying a deposit which is refunded when bar takings have covered our staffing costs.
Wood Fired Hot Tub
Enjoy our fun 10-person hot tub with a great view under the stars with an open-air hot shower and changing area.
The Hot Tub is booked by half-day periods, made ready for the afternoon or the evening of your event. This is lit and monitored by farm-staff and can be enjoyed under the stars overlooking the farm and the beautiful Teign Valley.
The Fortunes - our local ceilidh band
The Fortunes are a ceilidh band from the Teign valley who play dance music, old and new as well as some of their own tunes. They've played a number of ceilidh's at On the Hill accompanied by the band's caller 'Lady Luck'. Our cob barn is the perfect space for a ceilidh and with the support of Lady Luck and the Fortunes you're very likely to have a wild night of dancing!
