Whole Site Venue Hire & Hosted Events
Our whole site is available to hire for a day-long gathering or a multi-day event. (Multi day events are available only during April to September).
We have a rich offering of venue spaces - Cob Barn, Dining Barn, Circle Garden, Wildlife Ponds, Mongolian Yurt & Campsite - with event extras such as the Bushcraft Shelter, Wood-Fired Hot Tub, Dock & Thistle Bar, Bell Tents & the Mongolian Yurt to curate the event to your specific needs and wishes.
Full day hire includes evening hire of the Cob Barn until 11pm, and part-day hire includes either the evening before or morning after your full day/s booking.
We will host you warmly during your booking, with staff onsite to assist with any fire-lighting, tech assistance in the barn and any general site needs.
A welcome talk for your team or guests will include a brief history of the land and the story of how it has grown to be what it is today, along with a tour of the farm to introduce the land, animals and humans community who live here.
Event Catering
Food is a big part of what we do here at Oxen Park Farm. We grow it, sell it, cook it and love to share it with our guests.
All our meals are prepared from local ingredients, organically grown on the farm or sourced from other local food growers where possible.
From a simple breakfast to event-sized evening spreads, we will to cook, serve and host meals for your event.
Camping
Camping pitches are included in multi-day bookings, with access to compost toilets and hot showers.
Bell Tent Hire
Bell tents are available to hire for your multi-day booking. Arrive to a canvas bell tent complete with up to 4 single mattresses. All you need to do is bring your bedding for a comfy night's sleep.

Yurt Accommodation
Our beautiful 19' Mongolian Yurt has a beautiful wooden floor, a large woodburner (wood is included in the booking price) and comes with up to 6 singles, or one double and three singles. All you need to do is bring bedding.

Camping Facilities
Hot showers and compost toilets are available onsite.
The Dock & Thistle
Our well stocked & staffed bar is available by arrangement. We can serve farm cider, wine, soft drinks and cocktails by arrangement. We can also provide sweet & savoury bar snacks on request.
The Dock & Thistle bar is booked by paying a deposit which is refunded when bar takings have covered our staffing costs.

Wood Fired Hot Tub
Enjoy our fun 10-person hot tub with a great view under the stars with an open-air hot shower and changing area.
The Hot Tub is booked by half-day periods, made ready for the afternoon or the evening of your event. This is lit and monitored by farm-staff and can be enjoyed under the stars overlooking the farm and the beautiful Teign Valley.

The Bushcraft Shelter
Our Bushcraft Shelter is an additional outdoor meeting space. It can accommodate a central fire pit and can be enclosed with side panels or left open-sided.
