Wassail & Ceilidh

Join us to sing to the trees and wake them up as the sap rises.

We will be gathering from 4pm for some drinks, and then the wonderful Helen Yeomans will lead us in learning a simple song or two that we can then go and sing to the trees. There are some On The Hill theatrical antics to celebrate the wonderfully rich variety of trees growing on the land here, followed by a simple supper.  We will then gather in the Cob Barn for May Day Morris who are joining us in our celebrations. At 7.45pm the fabulous Lady Luck & the Fortunes will strike up a tune and the dancing will begin.  The event will finish at 11pm.

Tickets are for the supper and dancing. Please bring cash for the bar, hot drinks & the farm shop, and also to make a donation for the wassailing.

The Farm is a dog free space, so please leave them at home.

The Cob Barn is a shoe free space, so do bring some indoor shoes or socks. You may also want to bring your torches, wellies, and waterproofs, depending on the weather.

You will be warmly met by one of our team who will direct car parking. Your car is then left at your own risk.
